Vietnam Maritime Communication and Electronics Single-Member Limited Liability Company, known as VISHIPEL, is the leading maritime telecommunication service provider in Vietnam.

VISHIPEL, which has been in operation and development for over 40 years, was given an assignment by the State to manage and operate Vietnam Coastal Radio Station System, which consists of 33 stations spread out across the country's lenghth, in order to carry out public service missions.

VISION

With a vision toward 2030, the Vietnam Coastal Radio Station System will be fully operated and developed as the primary information system supporting search and rescue operations, preventing natural disasters, maintaining communication, safeguarding the country's military and security, and fostering the maritime industry. MISSION

Fulfill state-mandated public service obligations with excellence, provide Public Coastal Radio service that satisfies national and international regulations; act as a "information bridge" for mariners, Accompany fishermen while they work at sea; receive and process emergency information from vessels; coordinate information on preventing natural disasters, on search and rescue operations; maintain maritime safety and security; safeguard the marine environment; and support national defense by defending the interests and sovereignty of the sea and its islands.
