On September 15, 2023, VISHIPEL organized a training session on the practical usage of VSAT for ship operators.
Mr. Nguyen Trung Hau - Director of Customer Service Center introduced VSAT
At the training session, customers were provided with VSAT service information including system structure, basic components, services, benefits... At the same time, VISHIPEL also conducted a service demo for customers to experience the actual internet access service through the VSAT system. During the program VISHIPEL also provides customers with information on a number of value-added services and current promotions.
The training session took place in an open and exciting atmosphere. The actual issues occured in the service usage of the customers were noted by VISHIPEL for further improvement of the service quality.
