Testing service package for users
|
The service package provides testing information after the beacon is put into test activation mode. The beacon signal is transmitted but does not create an emergency alert in the Cospas-Sarsat system.

The service package provides testing information after the beacon is put into real activation mode. The beacon signal is transmitted but does not create an emergency alert in the Cospas-Sarsat system.

Testing service package for search and rescue tests/exercises

The service package provides testing information after the beacon is put into real activation mode. The beacon signal is transmitted as in an emergency, creating an emergency alert to the LUT/MCC in the Cospas-Sarsat system but no investigation or search actions are conducted.

Note: In case an actual emergency situation occurs in the system, service provision will be temporarily suspended until the emergency situation is resolved according to the provisions of Decision No. 19/2013/QD-TTg issuing Regulations on providing, managing and exploiting Cospas-Sarsat beacon data and receiving, processing and transmitting Cospas-Sarsat emergency alert information.
